Without a single Northeast Ohio champion in Division III, Day 2 of the OHSAA state track and field meet got off to a slow start. That changed quickly once the Villa Angela-St. Joseph’s 4×100 relay stepped onto the track. “It feels great,” Vikings junior Ardell Chatman said. “We put in all this effort of hard work that’s really showing off.”
