An 18-year-old Cleveland man has been indicted for the murders of two teenagers in Slavic Village, according to court records.
A Cuyahoga County grand jury indicted Phoenix Brown on multiple charges, including aggravated murder, in connection with the deaths of 17-year-old Khalyn White and 16-year-old Julius Barron, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael C. O’Malley announced Thursday.
The case began on Jan. 12, when a Kia Soul was reported stolen near Lee Road and Harvard Avenue.
