NILES, Ohio A couple from Niles, Brianna McNeese and Dillon Gallagher, are facing felony charges of endangering children after their nearly seven-week-old baby was severely injured by a family German shepherd. The incident occurred in June when the parents reported that they had fallen asleep on the couch, and upon waking, found the baby face down on the floor with multiple injuries. Both parents pleaded not guilty during their arraignment, and their bonds were set at $7,500. They are scheduled for pre-trial hearings next week.
