PARMA HEIGHT, Ohio-A 20-year-old man from Rocky River, Conner Matthew Walker, has been arrested on charges of sexually assaulting a 2-year-old child at an in-home day care center in Parma Heights.
The incident allegedly occurred at a licensed in-home day care, though records suggest the specific location lacked a license. Walker, who had been staying part-time at the residence where the day care was held, faces one count of rape and three counts of gross sexual imposition. Authorities are investigating further, and more charges may follow. Walker appeared in court and is currently held on a $500,000 bond pending further legal proceedings.
