STEUBENVILLE , Ohio-The Philanthropic Educational Organization International, Local Chapter AB, awarded $1,000 scholarships to Grace Parker of Madonna High School and Kaitlyn Sauvogeot of Brooke High School. The organization supports women’s advancement through various programs, including scholarships, grants, and loans. They also oversee Cottey College and offer initiatives like the Educational Loan Fund, International Peace Scholarship, Program for Continuing Education, and the Scholar Award.
