A 16-year-old missing from Ravine Park Village in east Toledo and there are concerns for his safety, according to police. Quincy Harvey is 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds and was last seen wearing a black hoodie, dark jeans and black Jordans, Toledo police said on social media Thursday.
