COLERAIN, Ohio-Colerain police have apprehended three juveniles for allegedly assaulting a woman on a Metro bus on April 13. The suspects, aged 13, 14, and 17, are accused of assaulting the woman, causing serious injuries, and damaging the bus door before fleeing. Two additional suspects are still being sought.
The arrested juveniles were charged and taken to the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention Center, but were released the same day. Records show that the 13-year-old involved in the assault was also charged with stealing two vehicles prior to the incident.
