SOLON, Ohio-Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a home where a teenage girl had allegedly struck her juvenile sister and threatened her mother.
The 14-year-old girl was arrested for domestic violence. Following the arrest, Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court recommended the girl be placed in the court’s diversion program. With her mother’s consent, the girl was allowed to return home.
