OXFORD, Ohio-A Talawanda High School student, 18-year-old Kenneth Cartwright, has been arrested and charged with making a terroristic threat after allegedly threatening to shoot up the school. The Hamilton Police Department reported that the threat was made on Monday night. Following an investigation, the threat was deemed not credible, but police presence was increased at the school the next day for safety. Cartwright was arrested and will not attend school on Tuesday. The school district assured families that the facility is safe and plans to pursue disciplinary measures against Cartwright alongside the legal charges.
