A township trustee in Preble County is facing criminal charges after he reportedly filmed a juvenile in a bathroom. Joseph Wade Guthrie, 36, of Eaton was charged with three counts of illegal use of a child or impaired person in a nudity-oriented material or performance and one count each of tampering with evidence, voyeurism and grooming, according to Eaton Municipal Court records.
