SIDNEY, Ohio-The Sidney-Shelby County YMCA is nearing completion of a $3.15 million expansion, which will add an 8,000-square-foot Infant and Toddler Center to its Child Development Center at 300 E. Parkwood St. in Sidney. The new state-of-the-art facility is designed to meet the increasing demand for quality childcare, providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children. David O’Leary, executive director of the YMCA, emphasized that offering quality childcare and education has been a priority for the organization for the past 40 years.
