WHITEHALL, Ohio-Daniel Shope, a registered sex offender with prior convictions, was arrested for allegedly filming a minor at a Walmart in Whitehall, Ohio. Security footage showed him recording children, and in one incident, he reportedly used his phone to film under a girl’s skirt. When confronted, he denied the accusations and refused to surrender his phone. A subsequent investigation of his device revealed approximately 15 videos taken at the store. He faces voyeurism and pandering charges.
