This arrest adds to his prior convictions for similar offenses at various stores. Despite previous jail time, he was released each time, prompting criticism from victims’ families who fear he will continue offending. One victim’s father expressed concern for his daughter’s ongoing trauma and criticized the lenient punishments. Worley’s attorney requested a reasonable bond during his recent arraignment, citing his role as his mother’s sole provider.
