With the upcoming school year on the horizon, one Warren company reached out to the community on Sunday to lend a helping hand in getting children prepared. Rhonda’s House Home Health Care organized its own back-to-school fair at the Perkins Park with a healthy mix of free school supplies and fun experiences.
