PORTSMOUTH, Ohio -A 44-year-old man named Jarrod Reffitt from Portsmouth was arrested and charged with 71 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving minors. The arrest came after an investigation initiated by Internet Crimes Against Children, which led to a search of Reffitt’s home. Multiple electronic devices were seized, revealing what police described as an “enormous amount” of child sexual abuse material, including disturbing content involving infants. Reffitt is currently in jail, and authorities are seeking any additional information related to the case.
