CINCINNATI, Ohio-An Indiana woman, Kylie Pratt, was arrested for leaving her twin toddlers and 7-year-old child alone in a vehicle parked outside Hard Rock Casino in Cincinnati.
She faces three counts of endangering children. The children’s father, Joshua Griffin, also of Rushville, Indiana, faces the same charges for the May 21 incident. Video evidence shows both Pratt and Griffin arriving at the casino, exiting the vehicle, and leaving the children unattended. Both are listed as parents in court records.
