Beginning tomorrow (Aug. 1) and continuing through Labor Day in the Van Aken District, children unaccompanied by an adult chaperone after 8 p.m. will have to move on. For that matter, the accompanying adult has to be 25, although he or she can take responsibility for up to four children.
