Cleveland, situated close to the center line, offers one of the best views with nearly four minutes of darkness starting at 3:13 p.m. Toledo will experience totality from 3:11 p.m. to 3:13 p.m., while Dayton’s totality is from 3:09 p.m. to 3:12 p.m. Although Columbus isn’t directly in the path of totality, about 99% of the sun will be blocked by the moon. The partial eclipse in Columbus begins at 1:55 p.m. and ends at 4:26 p.m., with the maximum eclipse visible around 3:12 p.m.
