Now that we’re in the thick of summer, state officials are cautioning Ohioans about the laws in place to restrict underage drinking, and why they’re important. The Ohio Department of Public Safety and Department of Commerce says underage drinking is more common during the summer months, when teenagers have more free time and “greater independence from parental supervision.”
