TOLEDO, Ohio-Tre’Shawn Pittard, who started his lawn mowing business at 11, faced a setback when his mower was stolen from his Toledo neighborhood. Despite receiving a new mower after the theft, it too was stolen, leaving him without a working one.
Tre’Shawn, now 13, is receiving requests for lawn service but lacks the means to fulfill them. His mother stated that mowing lawns keeps him busy and away from idle activities. Tre’Shawn hopes to restart his business before starting 7th Grade in the Fall.
