CLEVELAND, Ohio-A judge has set a $50,000 bond for Toronto Spencer, 46, who is accused of violently attacking his neighbor and her family with a shovel and baseball bat. Spencer, who pleaded not guilty, faces multiple charges including felonious assault and criminal damaging. On August 5, in Cleveland’s Collinwood-Nottingham neighborhood, Spencer allegedly struck his neighbor’s sister with a shovel, causing her to lose consciousness. When the neighbor intervened with a bat, Spencer reportedly took it from her, hitting her and her 13-year-old child before damaging her daughter’s car.
