DEFIANCE, Ohio- 17-year-old from Defiance was arrested for cruelty to animals after allegedly killing a fish at Pet Supplies Plus. The incident was reported by a witness and captured on an in-store camera.
The store employee mentioned past fish deaths and incidents of cat litter being dumped into tanks. The teen admitted to the act and was released to his mother’s custody, with a ban from entering the store.
