TURNPIKE, Ohio-A teen motorist was cited by an Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper for driving 105 mph in a 70 mph zone on the Ohio Turnpike in Lorain County. There have been 22,521 speed-related crashes in Ohio so far this year.
