A teenager accused of killing an 18-year-old in Toledo earlier this year has been certified by the courts to be tried as an adult. Records show a Lucas County grand jury indicted the affected child on several charges Thursday in the death of Jaidon Mangas. The teen is facing charges of aggravated murder, murder, aggravated robbery and felonious assault.
