A 17-year-old girl who died in a car crash early July 22 is the fourth Lakota Local Schools student that was killed in a car collision within the past 16 months. Alexa Miller of Liberty Township was a rising senior at Lakota West High School, according to the district. She died after crashing into a tree early in the morning in Hanover Township. Her passenger, also a Lakota West Student, sustained serious injuries.
