CINCINNATI, Ohio-A 14-year-old girl was hospitalized in serious condition after being struck by a car in College Hill on Monday afternoon. The incident occurred just before 4 p.m. on Winton Road when the girl was walking outside of a marked crosswalk. The driver was unharmed, and police stated that excessive speed and impairment are not being investigated as factors. Witnesses are encouraged to contact the Cincinnati Police Department’s Traffic Unit.
