CLEVELAND, Ohio-Joseph E. King, 33, of Canton, has been charged with tampering with evidence in connection with the fatal shooting of 7-year-old Ka’Marion Dolch at a Canton hotel. Ka’Marion was shot at the Knights Inn in Plain Township while with his father, William Dolch, 37, who faces charges including reckless homicide, tampering with evidence, endangering children, and illegal weapon possession due to prior felony convictions. Brittany Franko, 29, also present during the incident, faces charges including complicity to commit reckless homicide and endangering children. William Dolch was arrested by federal agents in Canton following the shooting.
