For the second time in less than a year, a toddler was found wandering unattended in the small community of Bourneville in Ross County. According to the report provided by the Ross County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy was dispatched on January 2 after a good Samaritan spotted the child, allegedly only wearing a T-shirt and pull-up, playing alone in an alleyway between residences.
Upon arrival, the deputy spoke with the good Samaritan who, according to the report, took the child to their home and called law enforcement.
