The city of Toledo celebrated the opening of a new accessible playground at Schneider Park Friday. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Friday for the playground that provides a safe and inclusive play area for people of all abilities. District Improvement Program funds from District 2 Councilman Adam Martinez and American Rescue Plan funding combined to fund the $450,000 project.
