A Lucas County grand jury has indicted a Toledo man who is accused of raping a young child. The grand jury indicted Derrick Anspach, 40, on July 10. He is facing three counts of Rape, all first-degree felonies, and four counts of Gross Sexual Imposition, all third-degree felonies. Charing records allege Anspach raped a 6-year-old girl on Jan. 25. According to police affidavits, the charges stem from video evidence and statements Anspach made to investigators.
