TOLEDO, Ohio-Kenneth Fricker, 41, from Toledo, pleaded not guilty to seven felony charges, including five counts of rape and two counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
Fricker was indicted after allegations of misconduct involving an 11-year-old girl at his home in west Toledo around April 6, 2024. His bond was set at $1 million, and he was ordered by the judge to have no contact with the victim. Fricker is scheduled to appear in court again on June 4.
