One of two people charged in the death of a special needs child has been arrested after being on the run. Samantha Hardiman, 29, was able to evade arrest until August 27. She’s facing a series of charges in the death of her 7-year-old son, Kristopher Snyder, in June 2023, and will appear in court on September 3.
