A Detroit man is in custody in Lucas County after allegedly trying to meet underage girls for sex – who turned out to be undercover officers, according to TPD. Officers with TPD say 34-year-old Brett Tooman, of Detroit, Mich., was messaging with agents in an attempt to meet with two prepubescent girls, a 7-year-old and a 6-month-old, for sexual relations.
