TOLEDO, Ohio-Toledo Public Schools selected fifth and sixth-grade students from Marshall Stemm Academy to participate in taste testing potential new food items for the upcoming school year. The students tried various dishes including fried rice, chicken egg rolls, dill turkey nuggets, and veggie burgers, among others.
School leaders emphasize that student feedback will play a significant role in determining which items will be added to the school menus.
