A Trotwood man will spend up to a dozen years in prison for sexually abusing two girls in Dayton — a 16-year-old he reportedly assaulted at gunpoint and a girl younger than 13.
Jeremiah Avery, 20, was sentenced Thursday by Montgomery County Common Pleas Judge Mary Montgomery to eight to 12 years in prison in one case, and five years for the second case, to be served concurrently, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
