According to a news release, Trumbull County Children Services has achieved the Ohio Sobriety, Treatment and Reducing Trauma (START) certification. With this certification, Trumbull County becomes the 7th county in Ohio and the 11th county in the nation to earn the certification. Certification indicates that Trumbull County has implemented the START model with fidelity and has established sustainable practice models in line with state standards, according to the release.
