Two men were found guilty Tuesday of murder in the 2023 shooting death of 3-year-old Luis Diaz. In a trial that lasted two weeks in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, prosecutors argued Juan “Slim” Davis drove Devonte “Baby” Parker and Jayden “Juice” Sorensen to an abandoned building across the street from a duplex on West 66th street on Sept. 28, 2023. There, Parker and Sorensen, equipped with firearms, exited the vehicle, and Parker fired 13 rounds from a Canik 9 mm pistol toward the duplex’s driveway at 2:16 p.m.
