WAREN, Ohio-Timmy Hayes, 49, of Warren, was arrested earlier this week on multiple child pornography charges following a search warrant at his home on Sweetbrier Avenue SW. He faces five counts of pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor and four counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance. The alleged offenses occurred between August and September of 2024. Hayes was arraigned on November 19 and is scheduled for a court appearance on November 25.
