CINCINNATI, Ohio-Due to concerns about safety amid ongoing gun violence, Cincinnati Public Schools has adjusted kickoff times for six high school football games this weekend. The district prioritized the safety of students and staff by moving games to earlier times or different days. The changes for Week 6 of the football season include:
– Hughes vs. Western Hills at 5 p.m. Thursday (originally 6:30 p.m.)
– Gamble Montessori vs. Bellevue at 5 p.m. Friday (originally 7 p.m.)
– Aiken vs. Woodward at 10 a.m. Saturday (originally 6:30 p.m. Friday)
– Walnut Hills vs. Loveland at 6 p.m. Friday (an hour earlier)
– Clark Montessori vs. New Miami at 6 p.m. Friday
– Taft vs. Withrow at 2 p.m. Saturday (originally 1 p.m.)
