Westerville school board outlines staffing cuts, fee increases if November ballot issue fails

Westerville City Schools leaders say the district could face cuts to teachers, programs, and services if voters reject an earned income tax issue on the Nov. 4 ballot. The Board of Education voted unanimously in July to place a 0.75% earned income tax levy on the ballot. If passed, it would generate approximately $24.3 million annually.
