After about a year of debate, controversy, and community concerns, the Columbus City School Board voted to close five schools. Board members called the decision difficult but stressed it’s for the best of the students and the community as a whole.
Wednesday, ABC 6 got a chance to speak with the board president and the district superintendent to get insight on the closures and what this means for the district and students going forward.
