All Willoughby-Eastlake City Schools students will receive free breakfast and lunch this school year, regardless of family income, district officials announced Monday. The meals will be provided through the federal Community Eligibility Provision program, which allows districts to offer free meals to all students in schools that meet certain poverty thresholds, Willoughby-Eastlake School Board President Stacy Menser said during a meeting Monday.
