CINCINNATI, Ohio-Alicia Diciero, 38, was indicted on charges of aggravated vehicular assault and cocaine possession after allegedly hitting a 15-year-old student with her car while under the influence of drugs. The incident occurred near a bus stop on Glenway Avenue, resulting in serious injuries to the teenager. Diciero has been booked into the Hamilton County Justice Center.
