CLEVELAND, Ohio-Cleveland EMS confirmed that on July 30, a 43-year-old woman gave birth outside the Harvard Deli on Harvard Ave. EMS responded to the scene, and both the mother and baby were transported to UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital.
