A 39-year-old woman in Ohio found guilty of raping an infant was sentenced to life in prison. On June 12, a jury found Kristina Jacobson guilty of the following charges. Two counts of illegal use of a minor or an impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance – both second-degree felonies. One count of rape – a first-degree felony. One count of gross sexual imposition – a third-degree felony.
