ELIDA, Ohio-The Elida Local School District has appointed Larry Kaiser as its new treasurer, replacing the previous treasurer. Kaiser has notable experience, having served as treasurer for Continental Local Schools for the past two years, preceded by four years working for an information technology center that catered to several area school districts, including Elida.
During the announcement at the Elida School Board of Education meeting, Superintendent Joel Mengerink highlighted Kaiser’s strengths, particularly his emphasis on efficiency and reduction of waste. Mengerink noted Kaiser’s intention to streamline procedures by transitioning to online methods, which would not only save costs on paper but also improve overall time management for the district.
