DELAWARE, Ohio-A two-vehicle crash in Concord Township resulted in the death of a 4-year-old boy and multiple injuries. On Saturday at around 4:06 p.m., a 2015 Dodge Durango collided with a 2025 Honda Pilot. The Honda Pilot failed to stop at a stop sign on Moore Road and was struck by the Dodge Durango, causing both vehicles to veer off the road. The Honda Pilot then hit a mailbox, fire hydrant, and tree before overturning. Inside the Honda were two adults, aged 40 and 41, and the 4-year-old. The adults were taken to the hospital with serious injuries, and the child, after being transferred to a different hospital, died from his injuries. None of the occupants in the Honda were wearing seatbelts or restraints, while those in the Dodge were. The cause of the crash, including potential impairment or distractions, is still under investigation by the Highway Patrol.
