COLUMBUS, Ohio-Columbus police have charged a father and son in a homicide investigation. Fifteen-year-old Robert Clark III is accused of shooting 17-year-old Carnal Mixon on October 4. His father, also named Robert Clark, faces charges for allegedly harboring his son and obstructing justice. Police sought the younger Clark at a home on East 4th Avenue, where he was arrested and taken to the Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center, while his father was booked into the Franklin County Jail.
