CLEVELAND, Ohio-Over the holiday weekend, the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSP) reported stopping two teenagers for excessive speeding. On July 5, 19-year-old Marko Jaksic was pulled over on I-71 in Strongsville for driving 107 mph in a 60 mph zone. The following day, a 16-year-old from Parma was stopped on I-480 in Brooklyn Heights driving at 108 mph. Due to the juvenile’s age, their name was not disclosed. OSP highlighted a total of 12,873 speed-related crashes on Ohio’s roads this year and urged drivers to reduce their speed for safety.
