The Avon Local Schools have finally found a superintendent for the 2025-2026 school year. The district’s Board of Education (BOE) announced June 26 that pending official approval at the July 14 BOE meeting, retired veteran administrator Michael Zalar will serve as the district’s interim superintendent.
